WOODBURY DAYS

Woodbury has a little carnival they put on right up the street from our house. We took Auna twice. She really liked the merry-go-round and petting zoo. Kind of handy to be close.

Auna's 1 yr photos

What a peanut. Here is one of her newborn photos and then her 1 year shots. Can't believe how fast they grow. It is truly amazing.

We didn't have a huge party, but a small last minute gathering at my parents. Al was already living in the cities and the Kugel girls came down to look at houses earlier in the week and decided to stay the weekend.

I can't say I was overly impressed with the end result, but when you are last minute sally such as myself, you take what you can get. I figured I should have at least her newborn and 1 year taken professionally.

Let the madness continue

The basement is dry, repaired and ready for a new owner. Our house is finally listed and showing well. Hopefully the traffic will continue and we get an offer sooner than later. I must say it is a pretty big task to keep it in tip top shape with a little mess maker running around. Alex starts work on the April 5th so the sooner we get this sold, we can concentrate on the search for our new abode. I have found a couple homes online, but of course they are already gone. The perfect one will be there when we are ready (fingers crossed).

Auna update -

Good bye crawling (sniff sniff). Auna is getting so big. I don't think I have seen her crawl in a week. She is busy walking everywhere toting things around with her. She got a hold of my hairbrush the other day and did my hair. It was kind of sweet and really not that painful.

Today, she found the VCR remote and was strolling around the basement holding it up to her ear chatting away. Not sure where she picked that up - haha. When she sees the phone or it rings, 9 times out of 10 she will say Dada. It's pretty cute.

She is truly a joy to have in our lives.

YAY ALEX!!

My wonderful husband has taken a job at 3M in St, Paul/Woodbury area. I am so very proud of him for all his hard work and dedication over the years. It sure shows that if you give it everything you have, great things can come your way.

We both look forward to being closer to family and friends. It has been quite the journey to get here, but all the extended miles have been well worth the wait. He is very excited for the opportunity to work for such a great company. Details are still working themselves out, but we should be moved by this summer.

Great job Al - We love you!!

Busy, Busy, Busy (9-10 mth)

Here are some recent pictures of little Auna. She is into everything and is a very determined little girl. She knows what she wants and goes for it. Always on the move. It is a lot of fun to play with her everyday. We are taking some classes at ECFE and she loves all the other kids. Also a good way to get out of the house on these cold winter days.
